The OZCX weekend includes a full schedule of family-friendly cyclo-cross shenaningans, UCI and USA Cycling sanctioned race categories, and the opportunity to follow in the paths of greatness!
The OZCX weekend of cyclo-cross festivities kicks off Friday, October 14th with the spectator-friendly OZCX UCI races. While participation in UCI sanctioned cyclo-cross races is limited to cyclo-cross athletes competing in select categories and age groups, Friday will offer fans the first opportunity to catch the return of international professional cyclo-cross racing to Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas!
With something for everyone, we’ll wrap up the weekend’s community events with the OZ Kids Cross races for ages 2-11 – a spectator-friendly spectacle as kids as young as 2 years old participate in their favorite princess, hero, or monster costumes on a cyclo-cross inspired course ahead of Sunday’s UCI Cyclo-Cross World Cup!
So, gather your best buddies and costumes and get registered for the cyclo-cross shenanigans surely to ensue at OZCX!
All proceeds from the OZCX community events benefit Arkansas Children’s Northwest and the nationally recognized pediatric care they provide for residents of Northwest Arkansas.
